Kay joined Hospitality Quotient in September 2014 inspired to be part of the team that would help organizations build workplaces where employees thrive. In her original role as a consulting associate, Kay supported the implementation of our custom consulting initiatives and developed an intimate understanding of the needs of our clients. Today, as a senior associate on HQ’s Client Relations team, Kay leverages this experience to manage our client cultivation efforts and strategic business development opportunities.

Before joining HQ, Kay worked in a variety of roles overseeing projects and teams dedicated to achieving positive customer outcomes. Kay began her career at New York University Langone Medical Center where she supported several initiatives leveraging digital and mobile solutions and communications strategies to enhance patient engagement. Afterwards, as Brand Manager at The Atlantic, she served as the liaison between the sales and marketing teams to design and develop dynamic client partnerships. Most recently, Kay was a Manager at SoulCycle, which is where she read Setting the Table and began cultivating a culture of hospitality that would help to achieve rapid growth objectives.

Kay graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a BS in Health Care Management.
